Private strategy session · 60 minutes · Video call
Your search strategy, researched — in one hour.
The method in the book, applied to your business by its author. No assumptions, no generic checklist: we look at how your market actually searches, who is winning, and what deserves to be built next.
What we cover
- 01
How people search for you
We test the language your market really uses — not the words inside your business — and read the intent behind the searches that could pay.
- 02
Who is winning, and why
A live look at your search competitors: the asset formats that rank, what appears necessary, and where the current results fall short.
- 03
Pick your battles
Opportunity = value × demand × attainability. We rank what to build now, what to pursue later, and what to ignore.
- 04
Your website and your presence beyond it
Architecture, on-page fundamentals, profiles, citations, and the evidence AI platforms need to recommend you.
- 05
What to measure
The money keywords, the business actions that matter, and how to report progress so it stays understandable.

Questions
Before you book.
What happens in the consultation?
We spend 60 minutes on your business: how your market actually searches, who currently wins those searches, and what deserves to be built next. You leave with a prioritized list of decisions, not a generic checklist.
How do I prepare?
After you reserve, you receive a short intake form: your website, what you sell, where you serve, and the searches you believe matter. Access to Search Console or analytics is helpful but not required.
Is the session recorded?
Yes. You receive the recording and a written summary of the recommendations within 48 hours.
What if I need more than an hour?
Many clients start with one session. If ongoing work makes sense, we discuss it at the end of the call with no obligation.
